Victim of Super Typhoon Yolanda in Leyte in trouble because of Pope visiting

Binay Drops in Presidential survey

And now finally! mission accomplished for Sen. Trillianes and Sen. Alan Peter Cayatano. The survey showed that preference for Binay dropped 10 points, from 41 percent in June to only 31 percent in early September. He, however, continued to lead the pack of presidential aspirants for 2016.

While the dip was consistent among all locations and classes, those in the upper classes of A, B, and C showed the greatest drop at 13 percentage points, from 36 percent in June to only 23 percent in September. Meanwhile Sec. Mar Roxas the standard-beare of Liberal Party and the successor of president Aquino increase his ratings from "Kulilat" to second places.
And Sen. Santiago the 3rd places followed by Sen. Poe (10%), Mayor. Erap (10%), Sen. Chiz (5%), Sen. Marcos (4%), Former VP. De Castro (3%), Sen. Gordon (3%) and in the last spot with 1% are Rehab Czar Lacson, Sen. Alan Cayatano, Sen. Bong Revilla, Camarines Sur Representative Leni Robredo.
VP Binay 2016 tandem is Pangilinan?

I really don`t know what VP Binay planning in 2016 election.

Marcos.
Reconstruction of DZR Airport in Tacloban City is Economic Sabotage?

6 months repair of DZR Airport is too long for 2,138m and 7,014ft.

6 months from now ay aabot sa January which is the month kung kailan siya pupunta sa Leyte.

PAL - 10 flights Mnl-Tac. vice versa daily
CEBU PACI. - 4 flights Cebu-Tac. vice versa daily

PNOY and i quote.

And i am hopping that it will be finished earlier than the estimated month.
WTF 1Billion DAP goes to 1 Senator Only?

Wow! huge amount of money in one person only. This is really DAP works?, now i know why Drilon is the biggest senator in the Philippines its because he get a huge amount of money. If the allegation is true where did he spend that amount of money?, and during the impeachment of SC Corona he received 100million DAP. The implementing of DAP their is a NEPOTISM maybe that`s the reason why DAP is worst than PDAF. But unfortunately he denied it just like the other allegation against to him.

“That is a blatant lie, and I will not dignify these characters with a response. If you look at it, these are pure speculations and I would like to caution that we should not give credence to these speculations as it does not help our already toxic political environment,” Drilon told reporters

The alleged 1billion DAP allocation is for his pet project in Iloilo province. We know that some provisions of DAP is illegal base on supreme court decision 13-0. This issue is came from UNA or (United Nationalist Alliance) first talked about the alleged P1 billion disbursement amid calls for the Department of Budget and Management to disclose all documents pertaining to the DAP.

"We want to verify the information we received that one senator reportedly got over P1 billion from DAP. That's why it is important that the list Sec. Abad will be presenting anytime this month before the finance committee should reflect every peso requested by lawmakers," UNA secretary general Toby Tiangco said in a statement.

Leyte Convention Center - this building is newly built and located in the vicinity of the government center in the town of Palo Leyte. The purpose of this building is to boost tourism and economic development of the region. But unfortunately this building is not durable cannot handle a strong typhoon like super typhoon yolanda(haiyan). This building is worth millions of pesos but why still totally destroyed just like a shanty house. This is not reported in the national tv because its normal to see a building like this in leyte. This building built by Petilla`s Clan to match the Tacloban Convention Center. The`re many substandard building that built by the politician here in the Philippines and Leyte Convention Center is one of those thousands substandard projects. Petilla`s Clan is also known "Kapit Tuko" Clan in Leyte no major allies in politics. Their purpose is to save their image and to keep them in the position.

And now they`re Planning to transfer the provincial capitol building from its present location on Barangay 3 and 4, this city, to Barangay Campetic of Palo. And its worth 50billion Pesos and this is their priority instead of constructing a shelter and relocating the victim of super typhoon yolanda. They`re close with the president and this budget is not possible to approved because of their connection with the president. They also spent Php250k for the fireworks of their fiesta in Palo, Leyte this year 2014. And another Php300k for the price of the competition of Pintados Festival in Palo.

“This is just like a fortress that can generate its own potable water, electricity and communications. In case (supertyphoon like) Yolanda happen again, we will be ready and government will have a more focus area in which to operate on,” Loreto said

Are they really capable of doing such a strong and durable building? just like what Governor Carlo Loreto Petilla said. Even their first project is destroy in an instant with 315 km/h wind. And his brother is in the top 10 most riches cabinet of PNOY with P117,095,110 in his SALN.

Tacloban Convention Center - this building built couple years ago and proposed project by former Mayor of Tacloban City, Mayor Bejo Romauldez. And this building has been survived by the storm surge of super typhoon yolanda and became a evacuation center before and after super typhoon landfall in the Leyte on Nov. 8, 2013. This building fought not just wind with 315km/h but also water with 1-4 story building height. Before the super typhoon yolanda landfall, this building has been proven that it can handle a strong typhoon. Because this building also survive with the strong earthquake on August 31, 2012 with magnitude 7.6. This building used as a temporary shelter for how many months after super typhoon yolanda landfall in Leyte. With the help of this building the death toll reduced by more or less 1,000 individuals or families.
The process of amending the 1987 constitution of the Philippines is popularly known to many Filipinos as Charter Change. Any proposed amendment or revision to the 1987 Constitution shall only be valid when ratified by the majority of Filipinos in a plebiscite.

An enabling law for the Article XVII, Section 2 Philippine Constitutional provision, called the Initiative and Referendum Act (authored in 1987 by senators Raul Roco and Neptali Gonzales), was passed by the Eighth Congress of the Philippines in 1989. The law provides for the implementation of the exercise of the people's right to initiate a petition to amend the Constitution, with the Election Registrar of the Commission on Elections tasked under this law with the verification of the petition signatures' being by at least twelve per centum of the total number of registered voters in the state.

In short, it is the power of the people to propose amendments to the Constitution, or to propose and enact legislation's through an election called for the purpose

Will you sign this P.I(People Initiative)? - Yes!, i will sign the People Initiative. This is the best way to avoid corruption and to prevent the lump sum founds. For example they cannot release a budget without a proposed project not just like this day.. One of those is the Budget in Bataan which is they already have a estimated costs without a proposed project.

How the People Initiative will pass? - It needs 6 million signature of registered voters every district must have at least 3%. And after they reach 6 millions signature they will forward it to the comelic for signature verification.

Requirements:
-There must be a written petition
-The petition must have at least 12% of the total number of registered voters as signatories
-Of the 12% total registered voters, at least every district must be represented by 3% of the registered voters therein

If you are really supporting the P.I (People Initiative) you should put your signature the same in your voter registration. If your signature didn`t match your vote will be invalid.

The List of President Starting with President Ferdinand Marcos:

President Ferdinand Marcos - 20 years of service (1965-1986)
Total Amount of money Used during his term: Php 486,273 Billion

His first term was marked with increased industrialization and the creation of solid infrastructure nationwide, such as the North Luzon Expressway and the Maharlika Highway. Marcos did this by appointing a cabinet composed mostly of technocrats and intellectuals, by increasing funding to the Armed Forces, and mobilizing them to help in construction. Marcos also established schools and learning institutions nationwide, more than of his predecessors combined. Marcos also sent 10,450 Filipino soldiers to Vietnam during his term, under the PHILCAG (Philippine Civic Action Group).

During the early years of Martial Law, the Philippine economy grew a significant amount, spurred by heavy borrowing from transnational banking companies and government-to-government loans. By 1980, however, the heavy burden of foreign debt servicing took its toll in the economy, and mismanagement of important industries due to crony capitalism led the economy to a downturn. The assassination of popular opposition leader Benigno Aquino in 1983 led to the pull-out of foreign capital from the country, resulting in negative GDP growth in 1983 and 1984.

In 1976 President Marcos announced to the Filipino people his policy of establishing relations with communist countries such as the People's Republic of Chine (june 9, 1975) and the Soviet Union (June 2, 1976).

Relations with the United States was modified. It was no longer based on the "sentemental ties" but on mutual respect for each other's national interest. Thus, the military and economic agreements between U.S. and the Philippines were amended to reflect this new relationship. In the amendments to the RP-U.S. Military Bases Agreement of 1947, the U.S. acknowledged the sovereignty of the Philippines over the American military bases in the country (Subic and Clark). These bases would have a Filipino commander and would fly the Philippine flag. IN addition, the U.S agreed to pay rentals to the Philippines for the use of the bases.

Marcos established closer ties with the Asian countries. The Philippines became a leading member of the Third-World – the collective name for the developing countries at that time. The Philippines actively participated in such world conferences as the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) meeting held in Nairobi, Kenya, in 1976 and in the International Meeting on "Cooperation and Development held by the heads of 21 nations in Cancun, Mexico, in 1981.

Marcos took his oath of office on June 30, 1981 at the Luneta Park for a six-year term ending in 1987. On that occasion Marcos announced the establishment of a "New Republic of the Philippines".
President Cory Aquino - 6 years of service (1986-1991)
Total Amount of money Used during her term: Php 1, 077,895 Trillion

Filipina politician who served as the 11th President of the Philippines, the first woman to hold that office, and the first female president in Asia. Aquino was the most prominent figure of the 1986 People Power Revolution, which toppled the 20-year authoritarian rule of President Ferdinand Marcos and restored democracy to the Philippines. She was named Time magazine's "Woman of the Year" in 1986. She is the first President without any political experience as she had not held any other elective office.

As President, Aquino oversaw the promulgation of the 1987 Constitution, which limited the powers of the Presidency and re-established the bicameral Congress. Her administration gave strong emphasis and concern for civil liberties and human rights, and on peace talks to resolve the ongoing Communist insurgency and Islamist secession movements. Her economic policies centred on restoring economic health and confidence and focused on creating a market-oriented and socially responsible economy.

Aquino faced several coup attempts against her government and various natural calamities until the end of her term in 1992. She was succeeded as President by Fidel V. Ramos, and returned to civilian life while remaining public about her opinions on political issues.
President Ramos - 6 years of service (1992-1997)
Total Amount of money Used during her term: Php 2,237,907 Trillion

The Presidency of Fidel V. Ramos spanned for six years from June 30, 1992 to June 30, 1998. At the time of his assumption into power, Fidel Ramos was the second oldest person - following Sergio Osmeña - to become President of the Philippines at the age of 64. He is also the first Protestant President of the country and the only Filipino officer in history to have held every rank in the Philippine military from Second Lieutenant to Commander-in-Chief. The first few years of his administration (1992–1995) were characterized by economic boom, technological development, political stability and efficient delivery of basic needs to the people. During his time, he advocated party platforms as outline and agenda for governance. As in his case, he was the first Christian Democrat to be elected in the country, being the founder of Lakas-CMD (Christian-Muslim Democrats Party). He was one of the most influential leaders and the unofficial spokesman of liberal democracy in Asia.

Fidel V. Ramos, the 12th President of the Philippines (1992–1998), is remembered for steadfastly promoting the principles of people empowerment and global competitiveness. He quickly led the nation out of darkness in 1993, putting an end to the power crisis that crippled Filipino homes and industries for two years. He pursued, focused and converged programs to fight poverty in accordance with the will of the Filipino people expressed by 229 structural/reform laws enacted by Congress during his term.

The Philippine economy recovered dramatically during the years 1993-1997. Ramos vigorously implemented a comprehensive Social Reform Agenda (SRA) that addressed the long-standing problem of poverty: jobs and livelihood, health, education and skills training, housing, environmental protection, children and the youth, the elderly and the handicapped, agrarian reform, and access to equal opportunity. The country's Gross National Product (GNP) averaged 5 percent annually. Average income of the Filipino family grew larger during his administration than in the preceding two decades. He pushed for the deregulation of key industries and the liberalization of the economy. He encouraged the privatization of public entities, to include the modernization of public infrastructure through an expanded Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) law. While communist insurgency dwindled to historic lows, he achieved a peace agreement with military rebels and the secessionist Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) for which he won for the Philippines the coveted 1997 UNESCO Peace Award—the first for Asians. FVR is known as the "Centennial" President, having planned and supervised the 100th Anniversary of the country's Declaration of Independence from Spain on 12 June 1998.
President "Erap" Estrada - 3 years of service (1998-2001)
No Total amount Used Data

Estrada was elected President in 1998 with a wide margin of votes separating him from the other challengers, and was sworn into the presidency on June 30, 1998. In 2000 he declared an "all-out-war" against the Moro Islamic Liberation Front and captured its headquarters and other camps. However, allegations of corruption spawned an impeachment trial in the Senate, and in 2001 Estrada was ousted by "People Power 2" after the prosecution walked out of the impeachment court when the Senator-Judges voted "no" in the opening of the second envelope. The EDSA 2 protests resulted from the concerted efforts of political, business, military, and church elites who were displeased by Estrada's policies that included removal of sovereign guarantees on government contracts. In October 2000, the Daily Tribune reported about elite plans to "'constitutionally' oust President Estrada under 'Oplan Excelsis." Emil Jurado of the Manila Standard reported as early as 1999 about a PR demolition work designed to embarrass Estrada "by attributing to his administration all sorts of perceived faults and scams with the end in view of covering up anomalies and scams also committed during the Ramos administration." Former First Gentleman Mike Arroyo also admitted in an interview with Nick Joaquin that he and then-Ilocos Sur Gov. Chavit Singson and certain military officials plotted plans to oust Estrada in January 2001, with the alternative "plan B" being violent "with orders to shoot. And not only in Metro Manila."

In 2007, Estrada was sentenced by the special division of the Sandiganbayan to reclusión perpetua for the plunder of stealing $80 million from the government and was sentenced a lifetime in prison, but was later granted pardon by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. He ran for president again in the 2010 presidential election, but placed second behind Senator Benigno Aquino III.
President Gloria Arroyo - 9 years of service (2001-2010)
No Total amount Used Data

The last quarter of 2000 up to the first week of January 2001 was a period of political and economic uncertainty for the Philippines. On January 16, 2001, the impeachment trial has also taken a new direction. Private prosecutors walked out of the trial when pro-Estrada senators prevented the opening of an evidence (a brown envelope) containing bank records allegedly owned by President Estrada. With the walk out, the impeachment trial was not completed and the Filipinos eventually took to the street to continue the clamor for President Estrada's resignation. From January 17 to 20, 2001, hundreds of thousands of Filipinos gathered at Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA), the site of the original People Power Revolution. The clamor for a change in the presidency gained momentum as various sectors of Philippine society – professionals, students, artists, politicians, leftist and rightist groups – joined what became known as EDSA II. Officials of the administration, theArmed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), and the Philippine National Police (PNP) also withdrew their support for President Estrada.

Days after leaving Malacañang Palace, President Estrada's lawyers questioned the legitimacy of Arroyo's presidency before the Supreme Court. He reiterated that he did not resign as president and that at most, Arroyo was just serving in an acting capacity. The high court, however, voted unanimously in upholding the legitimacy of Arroyo's succession. As a consequence, Estrada no longer enjoys immunity from charges being filed against him.

In the last week of April 2001, the Sandiganbayan ordered the arrest of Estrada and his son, Senator Jinggoy Estrada, for plunder charges. A few days later, Estrada supporters protested his arrest, gathered at the EDSA Shrine, and staged what they called, EDSA III – comparing their actions to the People Power revolution of 1986 and January 2001.

Thousands of protesters demanded the release of Estrada. Eventually, they also called for the ouster of Arroyo and the reinstatement of the former. On May 1, 2001, they marched towards Malacañang to force Arroyo to give in to their demands. Violence erupted when the protesters attempted to storm the presidential palace and the military and police were forced to use their arms to drive them back. Arroyo declared a state of rebellion because of the violence and prominent political personalities affiliated with Estrada were charged and arrested. The so-called EDSA III was the first serious political challenge to the Arroyo presidency.

Arroyo, who earned a master's degree and doctorate in economics, made the Philippine economy the focus of her presidency. Annual economic growth in the Philippines averaged 4.5% during the Arroyo administration, expanding every quarter of her presidency. This is higher than in the administrations of her three immediate predecessors, Corazon Aquino(3.8%), Fidel Ramos (3.7%), and Joseph Estrada (3.7%). The Philippine economy grew at its fastest pace in three decades in 2007, with real GDP growth exceeding 7%. The economy was one of the few to avoid contraction during the 2008 global financial crisis, faring better than its regional peers due to minimal exposure to troubled international securities, lower dependence on exports, relatively resilient domestic consumption, large remittances from four-to five-million overseas Filipino workers, and a growing business process outsourcing industry. Arroyo's handling of the economy has earned praise from former US President Bill Clinton, who cited her "tough decisions" that put the Philippine economy back in shape. Despite this growth, the poverty rate remained stagnant due to a high population growth rate and uneven distribution of income.

A controversial expanded value added tax (e-VAT) law, considered the centerpiece of the Arroyo administration's economic reform agenda, was implemented in November 2005, aiming to complement revenue-raising efforts that could plug the country's large budget deficit. Her administration originally set a target to balance the national budget by 2010, t. The tax measure boosted confidence in the government's fiscal capacity and helped to strengthen the Philippine peso, making it East Asia's best performing currency in 2005–06. The peso strengthened by nearly 20% in 2007, making it by far Asia's best performing currency for the year, a fact attributed to a combination of increased remittances from overseas Filipino workers and a strong domestic economy.

Early in her presidency, Arroyo implemented a controversial policy of holiday economics, adjusting holidays to form longer weekends with the purpose of boosting domestic tourism and allowing Filipinos more time with their families.
President Aquino are now open for the 2nd term, but base on my observation he is probably joking or he just wanted to show to his enemy and allies that "May silbi pa ako". Because we all knew that 2yrs or 1yr before election the crocodiles are slowly leaving their party to save themselves just like what happened to former President GMA.

I say that he is just joking because there’s not much time for Congress, sitting as a constituent assembly, to amend a provision in the Constitution giving the President a second term. Between now and May 2016 is one year and nine months, which is too close. He wast joking to make VP Binay, and other Presidential Candidate nervous.

Akbayan Rep. Walden Bello, one of the most sensible and intelligent members of the House, is of the same mind: The President was joking.

“I think the President is just having a bit of fun, having his allies, the opposition and the media, hanging on to his every word. If I were in his place I’d get my kicks the same way,” said Bello

But for me even he`s joking or not its our decision if we will let him win again or not, even he run for 20x or more his destiny will depend on us. Right now the LP party is in trouble because Sec. Mar Roxas are very far in the ratings. They are now afraid that after 2yrs they will be the one who is ridding w/ the wheelchair and living in the prison.

Since we are already talking Mar Roxas he is now accused National Food Authority Administrator Arthur Juan, and Food Security Secretary Kiko Pangilinan of extortion. But the accusation against Roxas is doubtful because to the interior secretary, P5 million is just loose change. Remember, Roxas belongs to the old-rich Araneta clan that owns the Araneta Coliseum and Farmers’ Market at their popular commercial complex in Cubao, Quezon City.

I`ve been watching all interrogation w/ Sec. Butch Abad what DAP are used for?. They always say that DAP is a reform intervention to speed-up public spending and to boost economic growth. But the new issue now is about the P230M DAP milk fund, a milk feeding program is really can help us for our economic growth? and why DAP has many issue?. A BAD guy is really awesome from pork to DAP and now milk are also involved. This amount is just a peanuts because DAP is bigger than PDAF. After Supreme Court decision i am looking forward for what are possibilities that our President will do against COA. Because we all knew that the President allies is very loyal to him and they response accurately. No mins or even sec. to waste this time and now his sister are also involve, the truth is slowly come out. And what Kris Aquino will do i am wondering if she will use all of her time slot just to defend her sister and brother?. What if the senate call a senate hearing w/ Victoria Elisa “Viel” Aquino Dee is there will be an investigation or another justification? just like what happened during senate hearing w/ Sec. Abad. All issue is never been answered they always have a diversionary tactics, 1st is to arrest the 3 senators and put into the prison, 2nd is about the terrorist attack in Davao City and now Cha cha.

Today is the birthday celebration of our 2nd President Manuel L. Quezon "Father of the National Language". If president Aquino has his slogan "Tuwid na daan and kung walang corrupt walang mahirap" and our late President Manuel L. Quezon slogan is "i rather run like hell by the Filipinos than run like heaven run by the Americans". And that is happening right now we are poor because of those crocodiles living like heaven in the congress.

PHILIPPINE DAILY INQUIRER NEWS.

MANILA, Philippines–The Commission on Audit (COA) has found something sour in the P230-million fund from the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) meant for a milk feeding program that had 52 proponents, including Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr., lawmakers from the Makabayan bloc and an NGO associated with a sister of President Aquino.

The milk feeding program was meant to provide 200-milliliter packs of milk to pregnant women, senior citizens and children in day care, pre-school and Grade 1 “pre-identified by the legislators and the ADF for a period of 120 days except for certain legislators who specifically indicated the number of feeding periods in their areas.”

The ADF is the Assisi Development Foundation led by former Ambassador Howard Q. Dee as chair and Victoria Elisa “Viel” Aquino Dee.

In its annual audit report on the National Dairy Authority (NDA), the COA cited dubious signatures, faulty monitoring systems, conflicts of interest in the procurement of milk and the failure of the program to live up to the DAP’s goal to be an economic stimulus.

The NDA is an attached agency of the Department of Agriculture.

The COA noted the P229.636-million milk feeding program did not contribute to the DAP’s goal of stimulating the economy because only 73 percent or P167.44 million was disbursed in September 2012 to the first and second batches of lawmakers.

No fund releases were made to the third and fourth batches of lawmakers while the fifth batch was allocated funds outside of the special allocation release order (Saro) and notice of cash allocation (NCA).

Of the DAP funds channeled to the NDA only half, or P87 million, was spent for 33 projects.

The COA said that of the 56 projects proposed by 51 legislators, only 28 projects worth P82.165 million were completed; 10 projects worth P30.701 million were ongoing; nine projects worth P30.058 million had yet to be started; three projects worth P10.5 million were not yet obligated; and the remaining six projects worth P21.7 million had no notices of cash allocation yet.

No reply from Abad

“The ADF’s Hapag-Asa Nutrition Program was not yet started though funds of P2.770 million were already obligated,” COA said.

The ADF still had P51.648 million from its allocation, which was supposed to have been deployed to milk feeding programs in Regions IV-B, V, VI, VIII, IX, X, XII, XIII and the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.

Budget Secretary Florencio Abad did not reply to the Inquirer’s query as to why the ADF was chosen to be a recipient of the DAP project.

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) issued a Saro and NCA on Dec. 22, 2011, (or 11 days after the House of Representatives impeached then Chief Justice Renato Corona) for the release of P229.636 million for the implementation of 57 milk feeding programs of the 52 proponents and the ADF.

The lawmakers were endorsed by Speaker Belmonte while the ADF’s Hapag-Asa Nutrition program was endorsed by Abad.

Abad defended his endorsement of the ADF. “They’re a legitimate NGO doing relief and rehab work in Mindanao and calamity-devastated areas. You should examine their track record,” he said in a text message.

In its reply to the COA, the NDA, led by Administrator Grace J. Senas, blamed the sluggish pace of the milk feeding program on “the non-readiness of some legislators; withdrawal of intent to pursue the projects by the legislators in the 2nd district of Marikina City, 2nd districts of Lanao del Sur and Manila; and the absence of advisories from other legislators.”

The NDA explained that it had intended to fast-track the project by releasing the funds on a first-come first-served basis, which explained why the DBM issued a blanket authority to avail itself of funds for the lawmakers who were ready but were in the latter batches.

Questionable signatures

The COA has recommended that the NDA return all unused DAP funds to the Bureau of Treasury in compliance with the Supreme Court decision last month declaring the DAP unconstitutional.

In its findings, the COA said there was “no assurance” that 6.7 million packs worth P87.002 million procured by 31 legislators would be “completely delivered” to 104,575 beneficiaries “due to questionable signatures affixed to the documents and incomplete documents (delivery and acceptance receipts, sales invoice and distribution lists) supporting the transactions.”

“Further scrutiny of the supporting documents showed that the following factors cast doubt as to the completeness of the deliveries made and distribution to beneficiaries: questionable signatures affixed to the supporting documents; incomplete documentation to disbursements totaling P27.045 million; possible conflict of interest between the proponent legislator and the supplier; and existence of pecuniary interest on the part of the NDA milk feeding coordinator, who also represented the supplier of milk packs,” COA said.

The agency said that “signatures of the legislators’ representatives on the supporting documents appeared to be different when compared with their signatures affixed to the certification issued by the concerned legislators that they are the latter’s authorized representatives.”

The COA also found out that the persons receiving the goods were not the authorized representatives of the legislators.

Aquino and Binay FAMILY are Friends?

According to my source VP Binay is also one of those Architect in EDSA revolution on 1986. He help Cory and her allies to remove Marcos in his power, that is the reason why Aquino and Cojuanco family is divided. Not all PRE. PNOY relatives is supporting him and also that is the reason why his sisters are willing to support VP Binay in 2016 Presidential election. And he was the longest-serving Mayor of Makati, having been in office from 1986 to 1987, 1988 to 1998 and again from 2001 to 2010. In February 1986, Binay became one of President Corazon Aquino’s first appointed local officials after Mayor Nemesio I. Yabut died while in office during the EDSA Revolution.

Correct me if i`m wrong, if it is not Aquino Binay maybe Cojuanco Binay. Politics is very difficult to predict. We don`t know if who is the real friend and real enemy, we don`t know also if who is the one are willing to serve our country and the other one is to only gain power and money. Vote wisely in 2016 presidential election we should avoid mistake this time. The future of our country is in our hands(voters).

MANILA, Philippines–This early, the sisters of President Aquino have cast their lot with Vice President Jejomar Binay, the first among presidential aspirants who has declared that he will run for the highest post in the land in 2016.
Acknowledging the gesture, Binay thanked the Aquino sisters, saying the ties between their families “transcended politics.”
TV host and actress Kris Aquino declared her and her three sisters’ support for Binay as a potential successor of the President on her program with cohost Boy Abunda on Tuesday night.
Kris was reacting to Binay’s statement that the ruling Liberal Party (LP) could adopt the Vice President as its standard-bearer in the coming presidential election.
“My sisters and I have been talking about it [LP adopting Binay], and we say that if this can bring about unity as … we’re not enemies… and if he continues what Noy has started, why not?” the youngest of the Aquino siblings said in Filipino.
Interior Secretary Mar Roxas, Aquino’s running mate in 2010, is the LP presumptive presidential candidate in 2016.
A statement issued by Binay quoted Ballsy Aquino-Cruz’s interview in a news program on Wednesday night in which she also declared her support for the Vice President.
In the interview, Ballsy said she wanted peace and was “grateful” to people who may be outside the administration party but were “thinking of ways to improve our country to improve the lives of the people.”
Binay, a human rights lawyer during the Marcos regime, belongs to the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA), a group he formed with former President Joseph Estrada and Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile a few months before the 2013 midterm elections.
The eldest of the Aquino children, Ballsy said Binay was among those who fought the Marcos dictatorship that was why their families experienced difficult times together.
“That’s why I’m happy that he felt that way. If he wants to continue what Noy has started, the better,” Ballsy said in Filipino in her interview on TV Patrol.
HumbledThanking the sisters for their trust and support, Binay said he was “humbled” that they would see him as someone who could continue the President’s “good programs.”
“I share their view that the welfare of our kababayan (countrymen) should always come first and should not be compromised by partisan politics,” said the Vice President.
Binay said the friendship between the Aquino and Binay families was a “bond that transcended politics.”
Binay is a known staunch ally of the late President Corazon Aquino.
In his fifth State of the Nation Address on July 28, Aquino noted that he and Binay were together during the worst military coup attempt in 1989 against his mother where he was also seriously wounded.
Binay, then mayor of Makati City, earned the moniker “Rambotito” (small Rambo) for brandishing an Uzi submachine gun, ready to defend Cory Aquino against rebel soldiers.
Estrada, now Manila mayor, said that Binay had assured him that he would reject any offer to be the LP guest candidate in 2016.
“I told him (Binay) that there is no need for him to accept any invitation from the LP because he is already way ahead in the surveys. He (Binay) told me that all this talk of being invited by LP was just speculation,” Estrada said. “The media just got its news late.”
‘Binay afraid of my candidacy’Estrada said that Binay would be making a big mistake if he joined the LP. “UNA will be forced to field a candidate to replace him because there will be no opposition to run against the administration,” he said.
Asked if he was interested in replacing Binay as UNA’s standard-bearer, Estrada replied: “I’m not saying that.”
But Estrada told the Inquirer that Binay himself had recognized that he was the main stumbling block to the latter’s dream to be the next President.
“I am the only candidate he (Binay) is afraid of,” the Manila mayor said. Binay and Estrada are banking on the support of the same base of Class C, D and E voters.
His son, Sen. Jinggoy Estrada, was supposed to be Binay’s running mate in 2016 but the senator has been detained on plunder and graft charges in connection with the P10-billion pork barrel scam.
Binay fueled speculations of an alliance with the LP when he volunteered “raw information” that he received that an LP faction was considering to adopt him as guest candidate in the 2016 elections.
The LP’s presumptive candidate, Roxas, has lagged behind Binay in surveys and has reportedly been given up to the end of this year to boost his ratings and prove he has a chance to win in 2016.
Roxas, who lost narrowly to Binay in 2010, is now rumored as the running mate of Aquino should his LP allies succeed in getting Congress to amend the Constitution and allow the President to run for a second term.
Under Section 4, Article VII of the 1987 Constitution, a President is limited to only one six-year term.

The question now is they are only pretending that Binay and Aquino Family is enemy?, or they are planning another plot for 2016 to save themselves.

Former senator Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr. had promised Malaysia in 1983 that the Philippines would drop its claim over Sabah in exchange for its support in the move to oust strongman Ferdinand Marcos, a former foreign affairs official revealed yesterday.

Hermes Dorado, former national territory division head of the Department of Foreign Affairs, said Aquino met with then Malaysian Prime Minister Mohammad Mahathir before he went back to the Philippines and was assassinated on Aug. 21,1983.

Dorado said there were no official records of the supposed meeting between Aquino
and Mahathir, but said he “became privy to this bit of intelligence” from former
ambassador and retired general Rafael Ileto.

“General Ileto indirectly confirmed that Ninoy Aquino asked for help from Mahathir in exchange for dropping the Sabah claim when he gains power,” Dorado told a forum at the University of the Philippines in Quezon City.

We all know that the CHACHA is not impossible to happen, because majority of the Congress are PNOY allies. So now as the citizen of this country and for being boss of his(PNOY), do you agree to give him another term or not?.

Base on my experience and survey he is not suitable for the another term. And i know 6 years is not enough to change this country, it takes time for the better future. But for PNOY it is enough already its better to give chance to others don`t be greedy let the people decides not you nor your allies. We are also entitled to choose and to decides if we are still willing to give you another term or not.

2yrs from now the 2016 Presidential election is comming. There are lot of names who are interested to run this must be the most interesting and fun at all.

Binay, Estrada, Roxas, Dutarte, Defensor, Escudero, Trillanes and many more. But the name that most of the filipino waiting is Bongbong Marcos but right now nobody knows what he is planning in 2016 election.

WHO IS MY BET IN 2016 ELECTION?:

BBM is my 1st choice and just in case he wont run for presidential in 2016 i have DUTARTE as my second choice and lastly DEFENSOR. We all know this tree will be the biggest asset to our government. BBM is good for being simple and calm, DUTARTE for being strict and the PUBLIC ANY of ILLEGAL DOINGS and DEFENSOR for being brave.

THE PHILIPPINES WILL CHANGE IN AN INSTANT IF THIS SCENARIO HAPPENED:

President - DEFENSOR / BBM

V-President - DEFENSOR / BBM

DILG Sec. - DUTARTE

WHY BBM IS MY FIRST CHOICE?:

Its simply because of his performance for 4yrs in senate and he still have 2 yrs remaining in just 4yrs i definitely say that i`m totally satisfied compared to the President. Lets rank it by percentage BBM performance i give 60 - 70%, President performance 10 - 30%.

WHY I GAVE BELOW 50% PERFORMANCE RATE TO THE PRESIDENT?:

Because he is a liar. PNOY is the new "AMALAYER".

Incompetent President of all time.

Lack of action than his talks. In short he is good in "TRASHTALK".

He is bias, he only protecting his fellow LP and his real boss is ABAD.

WHY I CALL PNOY LIER, INCOMPETENT, TRASHTALKER, BIAS and THIEF?:

I call him a liar its because of what he said during his SONA that in November 8,2013 when the super typhoon haiyan(yolanda) landfall in Eastern Visayas and the said day they already build a communications hub to hasten the flow of information. On the second days, the Rapid Health Assessment teams of DOH arrived, as well as additional soldiers, policemen and BFP personnel from other provinces."if the RHA teams of DOH arrived early why the yolanda victim never hospitalize, check up nor taking medicine for 2 months. If you are willing to survive you need to ignore the pain. 2nd if the additional soldiers, policemen personnel arrived in just 2 days why looting never prevented? during that time we only experience this situation no law, no rich, no poor and totally equal. You can kill, you can steal, you can do everything freely. We live in darkness for more than 1 month." Likewise, workers from DPWD lead relief operations—in the distribution centers in Eastern Visayas or in repacking centers all around the country"we receive relief after 7 days and only 2kl of rice, 2pcs can goods, 3pcs of 3n1 and 3pcs noodles. next relief it takes 1 month". In a span of two days, the Leyte Water District resumed operations"yes, the LMWD resumed their operations early than we expected but not just in 2days"; On the third day, the first gas station opened"i don`t know were he get this kind of information, we get gasoline in the nearest towns, Leyte leyte, baybay city, ormoc city and sounthern leyte which this place are not totally affected they are very far from 50km radius. 1letter of gasoline is worth php300-500 for more than 1 month. Price Freeze is totally useless i dunno why the president thanks to Sec. Greg, Sec. Dinky and Sec. Mar, they get all the credits of the NGO and international community who really a big help to us.". And Secretary Greg Domingo of the Department of Trade and Industry became the country’s head purchasing agent. Secretary Dinky Soliman, who proved that she was worthy of being the country’s chief relief worker; and Secretaries Mar Roxas of the Department of Interior and Local Government. And the cash for work program"Cash for work program is to gave job to all victim of yolanda, and to help us to rebuild/reconstruct our houses and for our foods. But we call it here 'PANGBAYAD UTANG' they use wrong term it should not be cash for work if they`re no cash. You need to wait at least 3-5 months before you received your salary. But the NGO do the same way, they also have a cash for work program but its different from our government. after you work you will received your cash and it is higher payed than our government, NGO 1 day worth php500 DSWD php260 for 1 day. Spot the difference". By Christmas Day of 2013, all municipalities affected by the calamity had been electrified."You can review all the tv telecast if he is lying or telling us the truth, in our town we had been electrified june 13,2014 and we are only 2 houses in our brgy. We have a charging fee business for more than 3 months."-Alam ko di madali ibalik ang supply ng kuryente pero sana di na siya nag sinungaling biktama na po kame, na biktimima mo pa. And their are also selected towns that received,"Subrang Tulong and we call it PINAG-PALA" Guiuan, Eastern Samar, Palo Leyte and Tanuan Leyte, The mayor of this 3 municipalities is a member of LP."siguro napanuod niyo ang news na nag libing ng relief goods ang Palo Leyte"

Maybe my explanation above is a proof that he is incompetent.

I call him TRASHTALKER because he is good in bullying specially to those not part of his political parties.

He is bias because he still protecting ABAD the mastermind of PDAF SCAM and DAP.
