President Aquino are now open for the 2nd term, but base on my observation he is probably joking or he just wanted to show to his enemy and allies that "May silbi pa ako". Because we all knew that 2yrs or 1yr before election the crocodiles are slowly leaving their party to save themselves just like what happened to former President GMA.
I say that he is just joking because there’s not much time for Congress, sitting as a constituent assembly, to amend a provision in the Constitution giving the President a second term. Between now and May 2016 is one year and nine months, which is too close. He wast joking to make VP Binay, and other Presidential Candidate nervous.
Akbayan Rep. Walden Bello, one of the most sensible and intelligent members of the House, is of the same mind: The President was joking.
“I think the President is just having a bit of fun, having his allies, the opposition and the media, hanging on to his every word. If I were in his place I’d get my kicks the same way,” said Bello
But for me even he`s joking or not its our decision if we will let him win again or not, even he run for 20x or more his destiny will depend on us. Right now the LP party is in trouble because Sec. Mar Roxas are very far in the ratings. They are now afraid that after 2yrs they will be the one who is ridding w/ the wheelchair and living in the prison.
Since we are already talking Mar Roxas he is now accused National Food Authority Administrator Arthur Juan, and Food Security Secretary Kiko Pangilinan of extortion. But the accusation against Roxas is doubtful because to the interior secretary, P5 million is just loose change. Remember, Roxas belongs to the old-rich Araneta clan that owns the Araneta Coliseum and Farmers’ Market at their popular commercial complex in Cubao, Quezon City.
