Binay Drops in Presidential survey

And now finally! mission accomplished  for Sen. Trillianes and Sen. Alan Peter Cayatano. The survey showed that preference for Binay dropped 10 points, from 41 percent in June to only 31 percent in early September. He, however, continued to lead the pack of presidential aspirants for 2016.<br /><br />While the dip was consistent among all locations and classes, those in the upper classes of A, B, and C showed the greatest drop at 13 percentage points, from 36 percent in June to only 23 percent in September. Meanwhile Sec. Mar Roxas the standard-beare of Liberal Party and the successor of president Aquino increase his ratings from "Kulilat" to second places.<br />

And Sen. Santiago the 3rd places followed by Sen. Poe (10%), Mayor. Erap (10%), Sen. Chiz (5%), Sen. Marcos (4%), Former VP. De Castro (3%), Sen. Gordon (3%) and in the last spot with 1% are Rehab Czar Lacson, Sen. Alan Cayatano, Sen. Bong Revilla, Camarines Sur Representative Leni Robredo.<br />

Mukang hindi lang ang pangulo ang gusto ng term extension pati mga Brgy. Official ay may pag-asa nadin ng term extension. Ang term extension na ito ay mada-dagdagan ng tatlong taon kada termino instead of 3yrs magiging 6yrs na.<br />

At ayon sa pumasa ng bill na ito para daw makatipid ang pamahalaan kaya naisipan nila na isama na pati ang mga Brgy. Official; pero ang tanong dito talaga ba makakabuti ito pamahalaan o hindi dahil alam naman natin na nag uumpisa ang corruption sa Brgy.<br />

Baka ang term extension na ito ang maging dahilan ng patayan sa magkalaban partido at dito nag uumpisa ang Political Dynasty. At nahahati ang mga reaksyon ng sambayan pilipino ukol sa isyong ito meron pabor at meron naman hindi. Pero kahit naman ilang term extension pa yan hindi yan mananalo kung hindi i-binoboto ng mga botante.<br />

At kung sakaling matuloy at pumasa itong Term Extension para sa mga Brgy. Official baka maging mainit ang susunod na election dahil sa tagal ng pag kakaupo sa pwesto mas malaki ang kick back na kanilang makukuha with less expenses baka maka save pa ng 50% ang mga corrupt Brgy. Official.</div>

VP Binay 2016 tandem is Pangilinan?

I really don`t know what VP Binay planning in 2016 election. Parang nkakalito na to hindi ko maintindihan ang daming mga speculation sa kanyang running mate for 2016 elections. Naging balita din na tatakbo siya bilang pangulo sa LP tapos naman sinabi niya na di siya lilipat ng partido at si Sen. Jinggoy ang kanyang magiging running mate sa 2016. Pero kamakailan lang sinabi naman ni VP Binay na si Business Tycoon Pangilinan naman ang gagawin niyang running mate.<br />

Parang nahahalata ko na si VP Binay dati kampanti lang siya ni halos di sinasagot ang mga tanong about sa 2016 election pero ngayon marami na lumabas na mga balita. Dahil ba ito sa ini-imbistigahan ng senado sa kanyang overprice na Parking Building sa Makati City. Alam naman natin na malaki ang effects ng issue ito sa kanyang candidacy for president in 2016.<br />

Kung sakaling mangyari to mukang matatawag ko si VP Binay na "Liar" dahil kanya trinahidor si Mayor Erap na alam natin malaki ang naitulong sa kanya noong nakaraan election. Kung wala si Mayor Erap baka natalo siya kay DILG Mar Roxas na kung saan pumangalawa sa kanya at hindi masyadong malaki ang agwat ng nakuhang buto. Dahil alam naman natin na dati pa nila ipinahayag na Binay-Estrada sa 2016 at ngayon biglang nagbago.<br />

Anu kaya ang purposed ni VP Binay bakit pabago bago ang kanyang desisyon niya. Dahil ba gusto niya masiguro ang Presidential seat sa 2016 dahil sa mga possible cases na maaring ma e-file sa kanya dahil mawawala ang kanyang immunity. Ito si VP Binay ay experto at bihasa na sa Politics dahil naging utak din si VP Binay noong Martial Law para ipabagsak ang regime ni Pre. Marcos.<br />

President Aquino are now open for the 2nd term, but base on my observation he is probably joking or he just wanted to show to his enemy and allies that "May silbi pa ako". Because we all knew that 2yrs or 1yr before election the crocodiles are slowly leaving their party to save themselves just like what happened to former President GMA.<br />

I say that he is just joking because there’s not much time for Congress, sitting as a constituent assembly, to amend a provision in the Constitution giving the President a second term. Between now and May 2016 is one year and nine months, which is too close. He wast joking to make VP Binay, and other Presidential Candidate nervous.<br />

Since we are already talking Mar Roxas he is now accused National Food Authority Administrator Arthur Juan, and Food Security Secretary Kiko Pangilinan of extortion. But the accusation against Roxas is doubtful because to the interior secretary, P5 million is just loose change. Remember, Roxas belongs to the old-rich Araneta clan that owns the Araneta Coliseum and Farmers’ Market  at their popular commercial complex in Cubao, Quezon City.</div>

<b>ANO BA ANG CHACHA?</b><br />

Ang Charter Change, o ChaCha, ay ang pag-amyenda o pagbago sa mga probisyon o nilalaman ng Konstitusyon, ang pinaka-mataas na ‘batas’ sa Pilipinas. Bagamat hindi ito nasusunod parati sa totoong buhay, ang Konstitusyon o Saligang Batas ang ginagamit na pamantayan kung ang isang batas na ipinasa ng Kongreso at Senado, o ang isang hakbang ng Pangulo, ay ligal o iligal.<br />
<br />
Mula ng sakupin tayo ng U.S, naka-tatlong Saligang Batas na ang Pilipinas. Ang kasalukuyan, ang Konstitusyon ng 1987, ay may ilang probisyon na impluwensyado ng kilusang kontra-Marcos na nagluklok sa gobyerno ni Cory Aquino. Subalit ang mga probisyon na ito, tulad ng paglagay ng limitasyon sa pag-aari ng dayuhan sa ating pambansang patrimonya, at pagbawal sa dayuhang sundalo, ay kadalasan rin namang nilalabag o nilulusutan ng mismong gobyerno.<br />
<br />
Pero hindi kuntento ang naghaharing uri na halos hindi ipatupad ang mga relatibong progresibong mga probisyon ng Saligang Batas. Lagi sila nagsusumikap na isulong ang pag-amyenda ng Konstitusyon at gawing ligal ang pinaka-masahol na mga porma ng pananamantala ng dayuhan at iilan sa mamamayang Pilipino.<br />
<br />
Sa ilalim ng administrasyong Ramos na kasunod lamang ng administrasyon ni Cory Aquino, tinangkang magkaroon ng Charter Change sa pamamagitan ng ‘PIRMA’. Sa ilalim naman ng administrasyong Estrada ipinangalan itong ‘ConCord’. Muli itong binuhay sa ilalim ni Gloria Arroyo na may pangalang ‘People’s Initiative’.<br />
<br />
<b>ANO ANG IDUDULOT NG CHACHA?</b><br />
<br />
Pagbenta sa Pambansang Patrimonya, Pagtindi ng Kahirapan<br />
<br />
Pangunahing layunin ng ChaCha ang walang habas na pagbenta ng ating ekonomiya, likas yaman, at pambansang patrimonya sa mga dayuhan. Ito ang mga probisyon na laman ng House Resolution #1 na ipinasa ni Speaker Belmonte. Ilan sa pahihintulutan ang mga sumusunod:<br />
<br />
- Pag-aari ng mga dayuhan ng lupa at likas-yaman natin<br />
- 100% pag-aari ng dayuhan sa mga lokal na kumpanya<br />
- Pag-aari ng dayuhan sa mga public utilities tulad ng tubig at kuryente<br />
- Pag-aari ng dayuhan sa mga paaralan, mass media, advertising, atbp.<br />
<br />
Magiging ‘skwater sa sariling bayan’ ang maraming Pilipino kapag bumuhos ang mga dayuhang mamimili ng lupa. Titindi ang land grabbing, lalo na laban sa mga magsasaka at sa mga katutubo na kadalasan ay nakatira sa mga ancestral lands na may mineral deposits. Mas lalala ang land use conversion na pipinsala sa food security ng Pilipinas. Titindi ang pag-wasak sa kalikasan ng mga dayuhang mining, logging, at agricultural corporations.<br />
<br />
Tuluyang malulugi ang mga lokal na industriya at mga empresa at kumpanya ng mga pambansang burgesya sa pagpasok ng mga dayuhang kapitalista. Marami ang mawawalan ng trabaho. Mas matindi ang pananamantala sa mga trabahong ipapalit na mula sa mga dayuhan.<br />
<br />
Hihigpit ang kontrol ng mga dayuhan sa ating ekonomiya. Ang nararanasan natin sa industriya ng langis kung saan di tayo makapalag sa linggo-linggong oil price hike, na dulot ng monopolyo-kontrol ng dayuhan, ay mararanasan rin natin sa tubig, kuryente, atbp.<br />
<br />
Katakot-takot rin ang magiging epekto ng dayuhang pag-aari sa mga paaralan. Sasahol ang komersyalisadong katangian ng sistema ng edukasyon, tulad ng pagtataas ng matrikula. Kasama ang dayuhang kontrol sa mass media at advertising, magiging mas matindi ang kontrol nila sa ating kultura at sa paghuhubog sa isipan ng mamamayan.<br />
<br />
Bagama’t ito ang primaryang mga gustong baguhin sa Saligang Batas at nilalaman ng House Resolution #1, sa kasaysayan ng mga panukala para magkaroon ng ChaCha makikita na laging magsasama ng iba pang mga klaseng probisyon para sa iba’t-iba pang interes ng mga naghaharing uri.<br />
<br />
Pagbabalik sa Batas Militar<br />
<br />
Maaari rin alisin sa ChaCha ang mga limitasyon sa kapangyarihan ng Pangulo sa pagdeklara ng Batas Militar, isa sa mga pinaka-malaking pagkakaiba ng Konstitusyon ng 1987 sa mga nakaraang Saligang Batas.<br />
<br />
Sa kasalukuyan, may kapangyarihan ang Korte Suprema, Senado, at Kongreso para bawiin o ibasura ang kahit anong deklarasyon ng Batas Militar. Isa ito sa mga maaaring tanggalin sa ChaCha. Maaari rin gawing mas madali ang pag-suspende sa ‘writ of habeas corpus’, o ang pagbabawal sa warrantless arrests, sa pamamagitan ng pagpapalawak ng saklaw nito (ngayon ay limitado lamang siya sa mga kinasuhan ng krimen ng rebelyon) o palabnawin ang mga batayan para mag-suspende (ngayon ay limitado lamang sa aktwal na invasion o rebellion).<br />
<br />
Malaking posibilidad rin sa ChaCha ang gawing ligal ang mga batas na tinututulan ng mamamayan dahil sa matinding pag-tapak nito sa ating mga karapatan, tulad ng Cybercrime Law.<br />
<br />
Pagyurak sa Kalayaan, Pagbalik ng tropa ng Amerika<br />
<br />
Tuluyan ng gagawing ligal ang panghihimasok ng mga sundalong Amerikano at iba pang dayuhang militar para pahigpitin ang kontrol nila sa ating bayan.<br />
<br />
Maaaring alisin ang pagbabawal sa pagpasok ng mga armas nukleyar, o ang buong pagbabawal sa kahit sinong dayuhang sundalo. Magiging dulot nito ang pagbabalik sa salot ng U.S military bases sa ating bayan.<br />
<br />
<b>Term Extensions</b><br />
<br />
Babaguhin rin ang panlabas na itsura ng gobyerno, mula sa tinatawag na sistemang presidensyal papuntang sistemang parlyamentaryo.<br />
<br />
Imbes na ang botante ang naghahahalal sa pinuno ng bansa, ang tanging ihahalal nalang natin ay mga representante sa Parlyamento (na papalit sa parehong Kongreso at Senado), at sila naman ang pipili ng ating pinuno sa porma ng isang Punong Ministro.<br />
<br />
Sa ganitong sistema, wala ng limitasyon sa termino ng pinuno ng Pilipinas. Gaano man siya kabulok at kinamumuhian ng sambayanan, maaari siyang manatili sa pwesto hanggat nakaupo ang mga kapartido niya at iba pang kakampi sa pulitika.<br />
Gagamiting dahilan ang pagbago ng itsura ng gobyerno para pahabain ang termino ni Noynoy Aquino lampas 2016. Sasabihin na kailangan ng ‘transition government’ mula sa sistemang presidensyal tungong sistemang parlyamentaryo.<br />
<br />
<b>LABANAN ANG CHACHA NI AQUINO!</b><br />
<br />
Ang Charter Change ay isang pakana ng imperyalistang U.S para patindihin ang kanilang pananamantala at pandarambong sa ating ekonomiya at pambansang patrimonya. Sa unang taon palang ni Aquino, todo-todo na ang pagtutulak ng U.S.<br />
<br />
Pero napakalayo sa katotohanan ang magiging epekto nito sa kabuhayan ng karaniwang tao: gagawin tayong skwater sa sariling bayan, todo-todo ang maidudulot na pagmamahal sa presyo ng mga bilihin at serbisyo, dayuhan lamang ang makikinabang sa ating likas yaman, at mababansot ang ating ekonomiya.<br />
<br />
Kasama na rin sa buong pakete ang pagpapabalik ng U.S troops at bases sa Pilipinas, at ang pagpapadali ng pagdeklara ng Batas Militar para masupil ang mga kilusan at mamamayan na lumalaban sa kahirapan dulot ng dayuhang dominasyon.<br />
<br />
Bilang pabuya kay Aquino at sa mga iba pang maaasahang papet ng U.S, kasama rin sa ChaCha ang pagpapatagal ng kanilang termino.<br />
<br />
Dapat kumilos ang mga balangay at miyembro ng Anakbayan para ngayon pa lang ay ilantad ang tunay na balak at epekto ng ChaCha, at ihanda ang militanteng paglaban ng sambayanan kontra dito.<br />

In my own observation he is trying to recover his popularity to make his SURVEY rank increase not always in the last spot. He became PALENGKERO, KARGADOR, BOY PICK UP and now TRAFFIC ENFORCER. For me doing another activity is good but before doing such thing just make sure that you are handling your position correctly. As DILG Secretary he should secure the safety of the citizen and he should eliminate those evil thugs like HOLDUP-ER, RUBBERY, DRUG PUSHER, DRUG LORD, ALL ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES and ETC. But what ever he do his image is already destroyed its very difficult to recover specially what he did to the yolanda victims to Mayor. Alfred.</div>

If Binay join forces with LP his major enemy will be Estrada and that might be the two of them have a close fight. But at the age of mayor Estrada he might be choosing younger and capable for that position for his substitute. But there are also possibilities that after Aquino term Marcos will be the next president. History repeat it self right? i am sure that you are now thinking why would that things happened if BBM is not announcing his candidacy for 2016 presidential election. Its simply because his priority is to work, he is hardworking simple and awesome. Because the real leader is not blaming other people just to save his image, but instead he is finding ways how to solve the problem. That is my observation to him and he has 40% chance of winning or maybe more than 50%. And its to early to announce your candidacy "marami pang mangyayari" he is not EPAL like Mar Roxas, he is not Greedy like Binay.</div>
