Another slay rape victim in our contry

Our rape cases is rapidly increasing but what our law enforcement doing? I guest the Death Penalty should be back now. This is the result of negligence of our government if they are doing their job right and with pride i guess this won`t happened for at least 70%.<br />
<br />
 Base on my data most of the rape cases 80% of the victim is get killed  and 70% is bellow 14-0yo. But how can they do such a terrible thing are they not afraid of god?. What they are doing is not a human behavior  and i`m pretty sure that the drugs is also involved in this crime they can`t do a such thing without the power of Drugs.<br />
<br />
This is the chance for DILG Sec. Mar Roxas to Boost up his reputation if he wanted to become the president of the Philippines he should eliminate this kind of crime for at least 50%. But the drugs syndicate should be his priority because all of this the involvement of drugs is 50%. Capture Drug lord, Drug Dealer and Drug Supplier as much as he can.<br />

After how many Months na nag Landfall si Super Typhoon Yolanda sa Leyte bakit ngayon lang napag isipan ang repair na yan?. Dahil ba pupunta ang Santo Papa sa Pilipinas Next Year?, or dahil gusto niyo ilipat ang DZR Airport sa Palo Leyte. Kasi sa pag kaka-alam ko gusto ilipat ng Petilla`s Clan ang Airport sa Palo Leyte o di kaya sa Sta. Fe Leye at bakit naman po ililipat ang airport another waste of money na naman yan kung sakaling matuloy. Marami po ang dapat e-priority ng Palo Leyte at buong Region 8 bakit naisipan ni Governor Carlo Loreto Petilla ang pag lipat ng Airport tulad sa pag lipat ng Provicial Capitol worth 50billion pesos.<br />

Kung hindi binawi ang 700million na budget sa DRZ Airport para gawin DAP hindi sana aabot sa punto na manganib ang pag punta ng Santo Papa sa Leyte for safety and security reason. 6 months from now ay aabot sa January which is the month kung kailan siya pupunta sa Leyte. Ang pag punta ng Santo Papa sa Leyte ay malaking maitutulong sa Economic Growth ng Leyte sa Tourist at sa mga Street Vendor.<br />

Marami nadin ang nag cancel ng booking sa mga Hotel para sa November 8,2014. Pati mga Motorcab Driver ng Tacloban Airport ay malaki ang mawawalang income.<br />

Their are two types of cases that possible to file if you are a corrupt government official first is Plunder second is Malversation of public funds. Now lets define the meaning of those two cases.<br />
<br />
<b>Plunder</b> <i>(Non-bailable)</i> - The most discussed law these days is Republic Act 7080 otherwise known as the law on plunder.  Seen as a deterrent to prevent public officials from stealing money from the government, the plunder law was passed in 1991 with  the most significant signatory being one Senator Joseph Estrada. In this edition of the Law Professor, we shall now examine the intricacies of the Plunder Law.<br />
<br />
What is plunder and how is it committed?  According to Section 2 of RA 7080, plunder is committed when a public officer who, by himself or in connivance with members of his family, relatives by affinity or consanguinity, business associates, subordinates or other persons, amasses, accumulates or acquires ill-gotten wealth through a combination or series of overt or criminal acts as described in Section 1 (d) of RA 7080 in the aggregate amount or total value of at least Fifty million pesos (P50,000,000.00). In addition, any person who participated with the said public officer in the  commission of plunder shall likewise be punished.<br />

<b>Marversation of public funds</b> <i>(bailable) </i>- Final point on the crime of malversation: Although the crime of intentional malversation includes malversation committed through negligence, or {rather than neglect of duties}, the crime of technical malversation is not necessarily included in the crime of simple malversation. So if a public officer was charged for simple malversation under Article 217 of the Code, but during the trial, the evidence shows that the missing fund or property was applied to public use, and the crime therefore would be technical malversation, the trial court should then suspend the proceedings, and require the prosecutor to file the proper information for technical malversation. Otherwise, if the trial court will proceed and then render judgment against the accused for technical malversation, the judgment is null and void. The constitutional right of the accused to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation against him will be violated. This is so because the evidence required for conviction in simple malversation is materially different from the evidence required in technical malversation.<br />

10am 28 August 2014 (Syria Time), Syrian Anti Government Armed Elements 
(AGAE) occupied the positions of the United Nations Disengagement 
Observer Force (UNDOF) in the Golan Heights and demanded from the 
Peacekeepers from the island nation of Fiji the surrender of their 
firearms... However, upon surrendering their firearms, the 43 Fijian 
Peacekeepers were taken hostage...</span><br />

surrounded the nearby Philippine UN contingent camp together with their 
Fijian hostages and demanded that the Filipino troops surrender their

Para sakin ang EDCA ay may Disadvantages at Advantages sa bansa at malaki din ang maitutulong satin sa EDCA na to dahil right now di pa natin kaya Bantayan ang sarili natin bayan dahil sa Corruption.<br />

WTF 1Billion DAP goes to 1 Senator Only?

Wow! huge amount of money in one person only. This is really DAP works?, now i know why Drilon is the biggest senator in the Philippines its because he get a huge amount of money. If the allegation is true where did he spend that amount of money?, and during the impeachment of SC Corona he received 100million DAP. The implementing of DAP their is a NEPOTISM maybe that`s the reason why DAP is worst than PDAF. But unfortunately he denied it just like the other allegation against to him.<br />

This issue is came from UNA or (United Nationalist Alliance) first talked about the alleged P1 billion disbursement amid calls for the Department of Budget and Management to disclose all documents pertaining to the DAP.<br />

"We want to verify the information we received that one senator reportedly got over P1 billion from DAP. That's why it is important that the list Sec. Abad will be presenting anytime this month before the finance committee should reflect every peso requested by lawmakers," UNA secretary general Toby Tiangco said in a statement.

They didn`t surrender their guns and not just that they also fight back against the Syrian rebels. After fighting back they escaped safe with zero casualty. Because of what happened i`m very sure that the MORALE of our Philippine Army has been increase not only in our country but to entire world. They really deserve a heroes welcome in our country. Even they have a family waiting here in the Philippines they still choose to fight instead of giving up their weapons.<br />

Kung hindi lang malala ang corruption sa pinas i think mas magaling yung mga Sundalo natin in terms of endurance, intelligent, physically, mentally and experience in actual battle. Kaya ko nasabi na mas magaling ang mga sundalo natin kasi despite sa kakulangan ng gamit at kulang ang suntinto sa mga militar tapos halos lahat pa ng gamit ay 2nd hand di sila basta basta`ng sumusuko. Kung ganun tayo ka advance tulad sa mga kilalang bansa tulad ng  America, Japan, SOKOR at iba pang super power country siguro di tayo binubully, siguro kaya natin protektahan ang atin sovereignty at kaya natin e-eliminate ang mga salot sa lipunan. Tulad sa mga rebilde, drug pusher, adik at mga criminal. Kung napapakinabangan lang natin ang atin mga resources ng tama siguro mas maganda ang benefits ng mga sundalo kaysa sa mga corrupt na Cong. at Sen. or Politico. Kung sinu-sinu pa ang walang ginagawang mabuti sa bayan sila pa ang nag papakasasa sa kaban ng bayan. Gasta dito gasta doon, Gimik dito gimik doon, Pabibo dito pa bibo doon, ang kapal ng muka noh?; pero lets move on kasi may isang bagay ako naisip what if ma-isipan ng mga kilala Producer gawing isang pilikula ang Great Escape ng mga pinoy?.
