Our rape cases is rapidly increasing but what our law enforcement doing? I guest the Death Penalty should be back now. This is the result of negligence of our government if they are doing their job right and with pride i guess this won`t happened for at least 70%.
Base on my data most of the rape cases 80% of the victim is get killed and 70% is bellow 14-0yo. But how can they do such a terrible thing are they not afraid of god?. What they are doing is not a human behavior and i`m pretty sure that the drugs is also involved in this crime they can`t do a such thing without the power of Drugs.
This is the chance for DILG Sec. Mar Roxas to Boost up his reputation if he wanted to become the president of the Philippines he should eliminate this kind of crime for at least 50%. But the drugs syndicate should be his priority because all of this the involvement of drugs is 50%. Capture Drug lord, Drug Dealer and Drug Supplier as much as he can.
